How Coaching Differs from Consulting
Coaching focuses on the individual leader: your growth, clarity, and creativity. It’s about empowering you to reach your goals and step boldly into your leadership.
Consulting focuses on the whole system: the congregation or organization. It addresses vision, structure, strategy, and intergenerational ministry practices.
Put simply:
Coaching = you (your growth as a leader).
Consulting = your ministry system (your community’s growth and thriving).
Who is this coach?
I am a professionally trained coach, credentialed (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation. I can walk beside you to help you set specific goals and create attainable steps, and can provide guidance and accountability. I am equipped to coach ministry professionals, volunteer leaders, congregation members or groups, and families. I currently work as an independent coach, as well as through grant-funded initiatives.
