I have done extensive work leading workshops with congregations and groups interested in trying new thing in Cross+Generational and Faith Formation ministries. From a one-hour overview to a weekend-long immersive experience, we can craft an event that meets the content and experiential needs of your group.
I have led Bible studies and presentations on a wide variety of topics (from the practice of Sabbath to the history of Liberation Theology, for example) for a variety of local to national groups, including women's ministries, youth and family professionals, and regional and national gatherings of clergy.
I am a CoachNet trained coach, working toward ICF credentialing. I can walk beside you to help you set specific goals and create attainable steps, and can provide guidance and accountability. My specialties, by way of directed training and practice through ELCA networks, are in Discipleship and Mission Development and Congregational Vitality. I am equipped to coach ministry professionals, volunteer leaders, congregation members or groups, and families. I currently work as an independent coach, as well as an ELCA Discipleship Lab Coach, and a coach for the Cultivating Generous Congregations and ELCA World Hunger Synodical Leader initiatives.
